Senior HR Relationship Manager 

Our client is one of Australia’s largest professional services firms located in the Sydney CBD. We are currently seeking a Senior HR Relationship. This position is an important part of the Relationship Management team. This position requires confidentiality, flexibility and a willingness to exercise sound judgement and initiative.

Your responsibilities will include:

•	Developing and managing strong partnerships within the business
•	Discussing, advising and coaching your clients in performance related and other issues
•	Providing advice on appropriate resourcing levels and skills
•	Providing advice and solutions in the identification, management and retention of talent
•	Leading the implementation of key HR initiatives 
•	Advice on appropriate L & D and OD solutions

To become a successful candidate the following skills & qualifications are essential:

•	Strong negotiation, influencing and consultative skills
•	Ability to build strong client relationships
•	Solid generalist HR experience in a professional services, corporate or financial services environment with a minimum of 5-7 years experience
•	Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management / Business and / or Organisational Development
•	Proven project management and cultural / behavioural change management experience
•	Organisational / commercial awareness
•	Ability to work autonomously
•	Strong problem solving capability
•	A high level of discretion and confidentiality
•	Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands
